DescriptionLaboratory Package Requirements; Deployment; Enhancement; LOINC Mapping• The Requirements Manager must become intimately familiar with both the application and the business processes that it supports.  Prior knowledge of the subject matter is highly desirable, and the Requirements Manager will need to study the application and its documentation, as well as directly observing end users as they interact with the application, to gain this understanding.• Work closely with the application Business Owner, Federal Lead, Professional Specialty Group, and/or Change Control Board to document change requests or new requirements for the application.• Receive change requests through the RPMS Feedback web page and/or through the OIT Help Desk.• Research change requests and new requirements with submitters and with applicable subject matter experts to ensure that the requests are clarified and well understood.• Research and document possible approaches to new requirements with subject matter experts and developers.• Coordinate meetings of the Change Control Board or other approval group.• Present and explain new CRs to the CCB for discussion, approval, and prioritization.• Keep records of CCB discussions and actions on CRs.• Document all CRs in approved tools and update in real time with new information, approval status, development/testing status, and other relevant notations.• Working with technical experts as appropriate, create test scripts for individual or groups of CRs.• Upon request, compile related CRs into logical groups for new development.• Communicate with change request submitters concerning status of requests.Project Coordination and Management (Pharmacy, Laboratory, Other Clinical):• Create and maintain project management documents and artifacts as required by the RPMS Program Office.  These may include Business Needs Statements, work breakdown structures, earned value documents and reports, schedules, test plans, communication plans, closeout documents, and others.• Coordinate test planning and alpha/beta testing with developers, test sites, and SQA office.
